this isn't really important, but i was thinking if you ever get around to it, you could have people be able to comment on pictures. or at least send them to the forum for that or something.

Yeah, I've kind of been forgetting to update this page. Everything's been put in the updates thread. I'll update this thread more soon.

I'll add the comments idea to my list. I had originally considered idea and then dismissed it because it would be too much hassle, and decided to add the forums instead. But I think it's a good idea and will actually be pretty easy to do. It's a low priority though... expect it in maybe a month or two.


Meanwhile, I'm almost done with the first working version of the javascript map. I've put a link on the front page, but at this point it only works for Mozilla/Netscape browsers, and I'm not even sure how well yet. Check it out and let me know what you think. I should be finishing the first version and switching over completely within the next couple days... the other map things (contribute, etc) will still be Java applets for a little while.

Okay, this thread is officially for the posting of suggestions of new features. The updates thread is where I will continue to announce them when they have been implemented.
